Hi,

Duplicate Cleaner 5.21.02 was working properly last week. Today, I tried to open it and it opened & closed.
I uninstalled it and re-installed it. Now I was able to launch a search, but after 1 or 2 min it closed by itself.

I checked the license. My Pro License is well registered.

Any idea ?

It looks like the program is crashing - is there anything in the Windows event log?

It has happened to me with some corrupted files I had. Try to start only scanning a folder and add them in small groups so you can understand what makes it crash. Staring with smaller folder will also make the scan faster and still save some progress as cache.
if you can't even open it try reinstalling
