Is TextCrawler abandoned?

It seems there hasn't been any new development for ages. There were a number of issues reported that were never addressed.
And nobody even bothers to reply to the questions here in the forums.

Is TextCrawler abandoned?

It's still active, just very slow development - it's a one-person company and Duplicate Cleaner takes the most of my time up as TextCrawler has a much smaller userbase.

TextCrawler 4 is partially complete but not ready.
