Available Folders: What is the yellow triangle icon w/exclamation point inside mean

One of my folders listed under Scan Location -> Available Folders has a yellow icon with an exclamation point inside it. What does it mean? Couldn't find any icon definitions in the manual

Is it one of the drives or just a folder? It usually means a drive is disconnected/unavailable.
