Internet Connection Error

While populating list.....a window error pop out.
Internet Connection Error.
Your request cannot be completed because the service could not be found or did not respond. The service might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your network settings.
Try Again or Cancel.
The only way is to stop Duplicate Cleaner. clicking cancel will still pop up this error message
