How to select only files into an Active filter?

Post by enircwe »

Hello, I would like to, after applying the "files ranging in size from 20 to 50 MB" filter, select only 1 duplicate file from the entire duplicate list that is shown to me with the active filter.
I have tried but it doesn't work, after activating the filter, the tool for selecting the files also selects the unfiltered files. How can I resolve this?

I want to select 1 of the 2 duplicate files only from the active filter, not the duplicate files not shown by the filter, is that possible? Have I explained myself?

If the active filter only shows 2 duplicate files and I select only 1 of the 2 files with the "assistant menu", it also selects those not shown by the filter, and I don't want that.

Which Selection Assistant function are you using to mark?

Are you sure you are using the 'File sizes between..size' filter and not the 'Groups between...size' filter?

"Group sizes" filters by the total file size of the group
