Duplicate and Unique Files - Thumbnail View Not Rotated Correctly

I am doing a duplicate/similarity scan of some images.

I find that when thumbnail view in Duplicate Cleaner Pro is selected all the images are rotated incorrectly.

All images open correctly in all windows applications and view correctly in thumbnail view in file explorer - windows 10 pro.

I had previously rotated all the images using file explorer right-click menu - (select all files and right-click and select rotate right).

Any suggestions on how I can view the thumbnails in Duplicate Cleaner Pro rotated correctly?

Maybe provide links to an original & a rotated that display differently in DC then they do elsewhere?

(Wonder if caching plays in?)

If you add the Orientation tag, & display Details (rather then thumbs), what does that show for Orientation for the files?

Windows Explorer & IrfanView show the file "horizontally".
Salamander (file manager) shows it "vertically" ("correctly", to ones eyes).

(made a copy &) "rotated" it (never knew such a thing existed)

DC shows the original file, & the rotated file, both "vertically".

Hi, both 4.x is giving me errors. I keep getting:

Error in Scan Process: Exception of type SystemOutOfMemoryException' was Thrown.

Ant ideas on how to fix this?

Also 5.x keeps dropping my external drives to check from. This happens on a new PC windows 5.x, I'm not online and only one other piece of software was install on this new PC. This all started after a few months.
