Feature request: Count Hard links only in specified folders

Hi, I have some folders where I can only remove duplicates by hardlinking them otherwise they would be generated again. However enabling hardlink detection in general makes the file discovery process take something like 3 times the actual scan process because I already have many hashes cached. Would it be possible to add an option to selectively enable it only for some folders?

Any comment?

I'll put this in the suggestion list - currently there is no way around the hardlink detection speed.

Could you get around this by adding your hardlinked files to the Ignore list and excluding them from the scan?

Yes it's what I'm doing right now, no hurry. I just thought it would have been something smart and quick to improve and I wanted to know if anyone read it
