DUPLICATE CLEANER doesnt find as duplicate same files in different folders

After experiencing some problems I tried to compare the same set of files placed in two different folders, each of them in a diferent disk drive.
Surprisingly, the software doesnt find any dupplicate.
I'm using:
duplicate cleaner pro 5.18.0
Registered
Exact match
under Windows 11 Home
I will really appreciate any idea or suggestion.
