I have a suggestion for some file type lists

applications - *.exe, *.msi, *.cab, *.jar
e-books - *.pdf, *.chm
compressed - *.zip, *.rar, *.7z, *.tar.gz,
image files - *.iso, *.nrg, *.daa, *.bin

documents section should be updated to reflect changes!
*.docx, *.xlsx, *.pptx etc

Movies section - *.3gp, *.3gpp

Some good suggestions thanks. I plan to move the file type lists into a resource file at some point to make them user editable.

great tool, is there any update on the additional file extensions (*.zip, *.rar, *.7zip ....) / user editable extension version?

The current version allows you to edit and save your own extension lists.
