Unable to calculate hash

When trying to move/delete or rename the scanned photos the program says it's unable because...""Unable to calculate the hash: C:\Users\kbecker\Desktop\AMMIES Photos new home\Ammies Pictures\IMG_7411.PNG"
When I search for this image on both the app and the photos folder the image does not exist, hence, could this be the reason the app cannot calculate the hash for it? How do I clear this up? Is this a glitch? Why does it keep saying this?
