Hi DV, I've recently installed 1.4.3 of your excellent program as i need to clean up some font duplicates and remembered I used DC a few years ago (v1.2) and it worked great then.... but, it seems to be having a problem in the selection assistant. All of the filters on the left side (Select oldest/smallest/all but one) seem to work ok, and so does the Master Path one, but neither of the "pattern" filters seem to work - even if I input strings that are in 100% of the scanned duplicate files. Nothing I input into either the filename or path filters seems to result in anything being selected...? Should I revert back to a previous version?
FYI, I'm running on Windows Pro XP SP3.

SORRY! I've just realised my mistake - I need to follow the example hint under the field text entry literally and use asterisks either side of the string I'm searching with - doh!
So if I want to select files with "Fonts" in either the filename or the path, then I have to write *Fonts* in the field... including the asterisks as wild card expressions.
I thought initially the asterisks were there in the hint to emphasise.
