TextCrawler Free 3.1.2 released.

TextCrawler Free has been updated to version 3.1.2 to match the Pro version.
Note - you will now need Microsoft .NET framework 4.5 installed for this version, so it won't work on Windows XP! The changes are mainly cosmetic (better high-DPI and scaling support). Upgrading isn't essential if you are happy with 3.0.3 Free, as most of the changes are only relevant to the Pro version.
