Version Upgrade Does Not Retain database.ini

5.0.14
an "upgrade" install, aka an install "overtop" of existing (say 5.0.13)
did not perist; instalDir/database.ini
- so if it were used; i.e. .db location specified
on (new, .14) program startup, that (pre)existing data would not be found
nor would new data end up there (instead ending up in some "default" location)
likewise, i /believe/ it did not clean up, fully, from the older install?
- like i'm prettty sure that some files; like "NAudio.dll" & "dc-lang.txd"
were left behind (while no longer used in .14)
- suppose an "upgrade" install should first call .13's removal routine,
then install .14 ?
(i'm not 100% certain of that part... ?)
(surprisingly, to me, it does appear to have removed the older files from
/windows/installer [which seems atypical, in my experience, with .msi installed programs i've run into])
