Deleting JPG photos which are duplicates of HEIC photos in the same folder

I’m seeking a solution for a common need. I see this inquiry was made before but there were no replies to that post.

The iCloud photos folders on my PC have many duplicate photos which differ only in their file type: HEIC and JPG. I’m aware of the cause and have corrected this in my iPhone.

I need to construct a filter, or a workflow, to delete only the JPG photos within a folder when an identical HEIC photo also exists in that folder. Suggestions are welcome. Thanks....

Just run DC in Image Mode :
-Very good match with Time Taken matching also
-"Same folder name" with "Match full folder name" enabled
-If the pairs have the same file name (apart from extension) then use 'Same file name' also
-Use a *.jpg;*.heic file filter
-Scan
-Right click on the filetype you want to remove (Jpg) and Mark->Mark all files of this type

-Filter 'Group has all marked'
-Drop everything in this filter
-Clear filters

-You should have left a list with the JPG files marked where they have a corresponding HEIC pair. Note you may have more than one jpg in a group (unless you were matching 'Same file name', so be aware.
