Image previewer appears in taskbar preview after closing when using multiple instances

If only a single instance is being used, hovering over a taskbar preview does not show the image previewer if the preview has been closed. When multiple instances are running, the taskbar preview shows the image preview even after it was closed, with no way to completely close it so it no longer appears in the taskbar preview. Entering the window causes the image to disappear, since it was already closed. Once a different image is previewed, that takes place of the previous image when hovering over the taskbar preview. The taskbar preview shouldn't show any image preview unless one is actually there after focusing.
