Duplicate Cleaner Pro - crashes

I am trying to use Duplicate Cleaner Pro v5 to look for duplicate images. Each time during the scan process the scan will run for a while and then crash and shutdown. There is nothing in the logs from what I can tell to see what is causing this. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue. Only occurs on larger directories (8GB+) but happens consistently.

Which mode and settings are you using?

Do these disks have corrupt data, prohibited filenames, or I/O device errors? I know with Duplicate Cleaner 4, if the HDD has an I/O Device Error, it jumps to being finished and shows everything that wasn't scanned as unique. Maybe version 5 crashes instead.
