You are probably using the unregistered trial version? You need to limit you removal within groups 1-100 only.

okay, i understand correctly, if i buy duplicate cleaner 5 it works again.

Results are sorted by group number by default. In the trial version, only files within the first 100 groups can be deleted, regardless of how many files or groups are selected in total. There is a column that displays the group number.

If you are using the trial version, a prompt to enter the activation code will appear every time you launch the excellent proprietary software. If for some reason that is not appearing, you can enter the leftmost Home tab and then click the Registration button on the left column.
