Context menu (right click) getting stuck in front of everything

Hi, when I right click something in the duplicate list I have my menu stuck in front of everything while the selection assistant works. It's a big issue for me because I'm working with a huge amount of files... which seems reasonable since it's when you would need this kind of program the most, but it also means it's stuck there forever. It also stays there if want to work with an other program in the meantime
