Alternate Group Shading not shading correctly

If you select "alternate group shading" and then sort by size, the shading no longer separates groups of files correctly. The shading should be applied _after_ the sort so that same-shaded groups of duplicate files are not adjacent, but it appears that the shading is incorrectly occuring _before_ the sort.
