Now I want to buy it but when I retested this am it showed no duplicates. What am I doing wrong?

What did you test last night?
What setting are you using?

Check filtering & excludes.
See if the logs might not note something of interest.

Thank you - It is working now but I have no idea what I did wrong must have been a filter. I am buying it today because It it the only software that correctly ID's duplicates
