Trying to buy from Brazil error

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I tried to buy the software but always shows an error message.
How can I get support?

Sorry you had trouble. It looks like the issue is with the Payment processor.

Hello,
I contacted Fast Spring support and they didn't find a solution.
I tried to buy and pay for this software on Fast Spring in many ways and I was unsuccessful. I tried paying with PayPal, Amazon and directly with my credit card.
I tried asking for help and using the card of my relatives who live outside Brazil, which is where I live, and didn’t work either.
I don’t know why I’m having problems with their internal review.
Everything is ok with my credit card, I called my bank and checked it out.
I shop internationally frequentely and I have no problem.
I would just like to buy the software, and certainly the problem is not with my credit card. Maybe you are loosing costumer due to this issue.
I really like the software, and I want to BUY it. But maybe I'll have to look for other software alternatives.
Can anybody please help me?
