Audio Data Error? Different songs being detected as duplicates

Via Duplicate Cleaner Pro 3.2.7

Using "Match Audio Data Only" the program detects 249 M4A files as identical all in 1 group, listing the same hash value for each file. There are probably 180 different songs in the list, there are actually some duplicate songs but i have confirmed by listening that the files are in fact different songs. Why would this be happening, is this a bug that all these songs have the same hash. Any way of correcting it, can't rely on matching tag because they may be incorrectly tagged in some field.https://photos.app.goo.gl/u4veoNtkjFG33kqt5

3.2.7 Audio Data mode works ok here for m4a. What version of Windows are you using?

One thought is that the files may have protected audio streams (usually m4p purchased from iTunes but may be renamed) and the program can't read them correctly. Or that the audio codecs are damaged on your system.

Running Windows 10. These were exported m4p files from iTunes (converted to remove DRM).
