Does this find duplicate VIDEO files by content?

Can it identify duplicate VIDEO files by CONTENT, regardless of name or drive location?? (Obviously this would start with looking for identical file sizes and extensions to winnow down the list for binary comparison.)

It'll do a binary comparison of any file type, including video. Duplicate Cleaner will ignore drive and file location unless you specifically ask this to be a match criteria.

The files need to be identical, period.

If "by CONTENT" you mean something like the "video" portion is the same, but the tags could be different, or one has DAR set to 4:3 and another is stretched to 16:9, that is something different, & they then would not compare as "identical".
