I did ask the forum a while back and had some very helpful responses.
I assume it's something I have missed but nearly always a scan misses some duplicates - I even tried a test run with some duplicates in their own folders and the result was the same - Master folder with about 28000 images - duplicates folder with 20 images - no duplicates found

I'm only see the % when using, Custom.

Otherwise, check your log files & see if you haven't inadvertently set a filter that is negating your expected results.
(When I first looked, I had a file size constraint set that I had to remove.)

Thank you for your advice - although set to Good Match not custom in the options it does show 88% in the log ....
If I actually change the setting to custom - say 80% - then almost all of the duplicates are found ...
