Comparing folder content

I'd like to compare two folder trees, but found no way so far.
Both options, with and without content comparison are relevant to me.
Without content comparison it must be assured, that files with identical names in different subtrees are considered different! Hence in fact comparing the SUFFIX of the fully qualified file name (incl. path).
Any way to achioeve that with current version ?
