Your screenshot doesn't work!

What was the program doing when the error appeared? Is this a crash or something in the log file? Which version (app store/free/pro)?

thanks!

Wasn't sure if what I posted was cached or not. Must have been.

Did the program pop up with the error (HRESULT: 0x80070002) mentioned above, and then produce the incorrect matches as in your screenshot?

This error is a 'File not found (DLL)' and probably relates to your Windows sytem or Duplicate Cleaner installation. Make sure all Windows and .NET framework updates are installed. Uninstall and re-install Duplicate Cleaner.
