I selected this product as it was the only one that I could find that would scan mapped Network drives as well as local drives.

Ran program with local drive and mapped drive selected with default comparison settings.

Program got to Hash building process and then at some point just exits. No log file.

Anybody experiencing this?

Sorry you had trouble - is there anything in the Event log? (Assuming you were referring to the Duplicate Cleaner log).

Is it possible there was a network disconnection during the scan?
