Hello, When I scan for photos, the resulting list of duplicates includes a thumbnail of each picture; but when I scan for VIDEOS, the thumbnail placeholder is there, but it is blank. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Sorry, video thumbnails aren't currently displayed in Duplicate Cleaner. Extended video file functionality is slated for Version 5 and this will hopefully include thumbnails.
