Using latest version 1.4.7 I am facing an error:

Error in Check path list: ImageList must be initialized before it can be used.

OS: Windows 7

Was working fine until now, suddenly the problem has now cropped up. Error still there after updating to latest version.

Already tried uninstalling/reinstalling etc.
Please help

I think you've installed something recently that has registered it's own version of the shared Mscomctl.ocx file. You could try uninstalling the other program. Alternately, Duplicate Cleaner 2.0 beta should run on Windows 7 without this problem.
