Exclude hard links from duplicate check

Hard links- genius. I love the idea of being able to create collections of files at an OS level independent of the physical storage of the files.
So I run Duplicate Cleaner and get it to convert my existing dupes into hard links back to the original file.
However then, Duplicate Cleaner 2.0 beta preview seems unable to exclude the hardlinks from the dupe check (greyed out).
