Are you running Duplicate Cleaner "as Administrator" (from an otherwise "Limited" account, or vice-versa)?


(I just ran across a "Z:", & while probably not related, I'll throw it in here ... Uwe: The Sysinternals sync tool can flush volumes only which have a drive letter. And it forgets drive Z: when called without parameters.)
