I have 4 canon cameras that I have shot from and each raw is tagged to the camera even though they are listed .crw & .cr2, and have found some apps may not recognize a .cr2 Sept. 2014 Canon Powershot SX60 HS or have dropped .crw's since the camera Pro 1 was launched 2004. Does your app recognize those camera raw's. ?

The Pro version should recognize both those formats - you can try out the Trial version (checkmark the 'Raw image support' option).
