I have today installed this software and set up some duplicate files in the root folder, and sub-folders. Alas the files in the root folder are not found. Any advice welcome. After many tries files in the top of the drive are never found, what is the syntax

It may be that your root folder or files are flagging up as 'system'. Try disabling the 'Protect system files' option?
