Sounds great. I see an "exclude from search by pattern" which is useful. However do you also plan to allow specifying multiple search patterns - that would be a killer feature for me. For instance when searching my Calibre ebook library for duplicates it would be awesome to be able to do multiple matches (.pdf, .mobi, .lrf) etc in one search, rather than having to do multiple searches?

Never mind just realised you can do this already with semi-colon delimited extensions. Thanks for a great tool!

I can't wait! I have filenames and directories with Unicode characters and 1.4.7 can't find or delete them. Also some way to specifically ignore zero size files (as opposed to everything below 1kb/1024 bytes) would be great.

You can try the beta linked in the thread in the 'labs' forum. Both versions have an 'Ignore zero size files' option in the options menu though!

Hello,

I find it strange that every time when you start the program you have to click ok or check for updates on that splash screen, because people mind usually press ok without even realize it after starting the program a couple of times, and they only check for updates after they fell that enough time has past from the last check.

So after much talking my features request:

1. The possibility to disable the splash screen.
2. Make it a little smaller on the height because i have it installed on a netbook with res 1024x600 and it covers the taskbar

Other then that, thank you for a great piece of software,
Alqin

Alqin - the changes you mention are implemented in the current 2.0 beta - hopefully this should fit on your screen as the buttons are at the top too.

Thanks!
