Duplicate Cleaner Freeze when deleting :

After a duplicate search of Photos and a result of 3750 files found to delete, the soft is freezing when I click to process to delete them.
Any idea?

Does it carry on if left? They may be a pause while it is queuing the files for deletion. Which version are you running?

We previously used Version 3 on another laptop and purchased Version 4 for a new laptop. Everything worked fine in Version 3. Can't say that about Version 4. We select files to delete and nothing happens. Regret buying Version 4 Pro.

Try downloading v 4.0.5 (just released) and uncheck the 'Via windows shell' option on the delete page - this may help.
