No image previews

This feature used to work for me, but suddenly stopped.

Yes, the file name is highlighted (and the box is checked).

No, I have not (knowingly) changed any settings.

I did all of the basics such as re-booting the computer, etc., and followed any relevant tips from the Forum.

I have not yet uninstalled/reinstalled the software. Should that be my next step?

Do you get Previews in Windows Explorer?
(Thinking that if DC is relying on windows features/calls, it might not be working there either.)

Were you using a dual monitor setup? The preview window may have gone off screen. (You'll be able to see the tab for it in the toolbar)
