In my audio files I have numerous duplicates of the same song. Anything after the first copy of the song is list 2 or 3 or what ever duplicate it i tag on it. When I run the program it doesnt show the numbered copies as duplicates and therefor it doesn"t find them. What should I do

Are you running a Regular or Audio search?

Regular with same Content needs to be exactly the same, including tags.

Audio mode compares based on tags.

Do you have the same or similar file name criteria checkmarked? If so remove this to improve audio mode performance.

Supported file types are:
.mp3 .ogg .wav .wma .ape .flac .m4a .m4p

Audio mode (Match audio tags) relies on your files having been tagged with song title and artist information as a minimum. These tags (ID3) are usually created by the audio download or CD-ripping program (e.g. iTunes).

The audio data compare mode will ignore the tags but will only match exact data (same compression type, bit-rate, sample rate, etc).

still not finding a solution to this problem. Any more ideas I keep getting the duplicates and they are numbered _1 _2 depending how many duplicates I have of the same song

There may be some other setting you have enabled. Check the suggestions here:
