Feature request, photo replace

I have a lot of photos, with several resolutions.
I use Duplicate Cleaner to find all versions of a set of photos.
The found photos may have changed names and/or resolutions.
Current version permit me to select the version with largest resolution and make a copy to a directory tree eqal to the found photo.
I would have very much help from a function that could rename the copied photo to the reference photo and place it in a directory tree
with same structure as the reference photo has.
To ease this it could be beneficial to be able to mark directories not as protected (as I am using today) but as a reference.
