frozen almost

I start Dup Cleaner and there is activity in task manager but the splash screen is all that I can see. Is there a way to clean the cache / start over?
Using win 10 on mac -- most recent versions

You can try a "factory reset" by deleting the database (method 2) - see FAQ

It's probably taking time to re-load the database if the last scan was large. It'll appear if you wait!
