Simply Does Not Work

It does a brilliant job finding duplicates but crashes when trying to delete them or move them to a folder to be deleted. It's crashing on ~16,000 duplicate files of around 13 gigabytes. I've tried everything to no avail. Is a refund a possibility?

Can't hurt to provide more details...

OS
Duplicate Cleaner version
Is this your first scan
The type of scan
Which deletion method are you using [direct, recycle bin, ...]
Are you only attempting to delete some small subset of the 16K files at a time, or...
Do the logs provide any clues
Are the files on a local drive

Stuff like that :-).
