Wild card folder exclusion

Duplicate Cleaner (free) Version 3.2.7 – 64 bit.
I have a large (250Gb) “documents” folder that has subfolders with saved HTML documents and the associated “files” folders containing the usual js, css, jpg, gif etc. Some of these appear to be common between other html files folders. There are also photos in other folders.
I tried to “Exclude” the files folders from the scan e.g. “*files\*.*” (and other variants) but the contents of the folders still show.
To find and drag all of the “files” folders as explicit exclusion in the search path would be extremely time consuming.
Does anyone know if it is possible to set this as a generic exclusion?
If not, it would be a useful feature in the next release.

With Duplicate Cleaner 4.0.1, you can set an Exclude filter: "files", & then 'Apply exclusions to folder names too', such that folders named \files\ (& the contents within, so effectively, \files\*.*) are excluded.

(Not sure about 3.2.7 offhand...?)

Seems 3.2.7 cannot do that, Excluding folders possible?
