Scan Subfolders - By Directory

As it is, Scan Subfolders is a global option.

It would be nice, if in addition, you could enable/disable it on a directory basis too.

(In particular, I'd think that would work well with 4.0's layout. |Master|Protected|Scan Subdirectory|...)

Take another look - it's no longer global in 4.0 - you can click on the button (or right-click) to enable/disable subfolder scanning.
