not scanning anymore after purchase

Hi there, i used the free version of Duplicate Cleaner and it was working fine- Today i reinstalled 3.2.7 Pro and bought a key.

unfortunately its not scanning anmore as before. Scan starts but no results are found . Please help.

Is it not scanning or is it scanning but returning no results.
Check the log for clues, View Log File...

If the latter, double-check your search parameters as you might have something set & it just so happens no results are being returned.
(I've run into that before & said "what ?" - until I figured out what was going on.)

Otherwise, see what a "factory reset" might do for you.
(Don't recall offhand if that affects the license or not, but at most you might need to re-enter it?)
