Double line search/replace

Is It possible to search on text on 2 lines

e.g.

1 JOHN
2 ERIC

And then change in

1 KARL
2 OTTO

[DigitalVolcano]

If the lines are consecutive you can search/replace multi-line text using the pop-out editor (click the little button with the pen in it to the right of the search/replace text box).

Be sure to match the line ending type with the one in your file else you may get no result.
