Hello! I think that very usefull will be option in context menu "Drop selected folder (with subfolders) from list"
and function "Drop: Select by location".
I know about "Add this folder to exclude list", but in this case i must make rescannig because refreshing of list doesn't drop this folder

You could do this in two steps (assuming you haven't already been marking files) by marking the currently selected folder (or subfolders) using the right-click context commands, and then by clicking 'Drop marked files'.
