I have a problem: I have many files on my computer with:
- Same date
- Same size
- Same path

The files only differ by 1 number in their name, for example: The same identical photo file exists twice (in the same folder), the only difference is a slightly different name eg:
"Photo_321"
"Photo_326"

How can Duplicate Cleaner Pro help me to delete one of these duplicate files? I don't care which, just any of these both identical files.

But the problem is that the assistant does not help here... because the names of files have the same lenght..

Any suggestion or help would be MUCH appreciated, thank you !! :-)

Mark > select by group > all but one... ?

it sounds as a possible solution ... but how can I do that?
maybe I am not experienced enough ... i just don't how to "select by group / all but one" ...
where can I find that in the menu?

it's selection assistant > mark > select by group > all but one file in each group

You want to make sure that you're Search is With: Same Content (to ensure that you've found actual dup's).

Then on the Duplicate Files screen, Selection Assistant, first block next to those words, > mark > select by group > all but one file in each group (as mentioned above).
