Looking for files in my smartphone

For some reason I can't find the path to my smartphone's folders...

This won't work unless your phone maps as a true windows drive letter, MTP mode is insufficient.
You could put the SD card in a card reader and do it that way or you could manually copy everything from the phone, to the PC in a "phone" folder, then run the scan - you'll atr least know what's duplicated then
