selection bug?

The followings are checked:
Work only on currently selected rows (option)
Leave existing marks unchanged (option)
Possible bug example:
You've 10 files in a group and you check one of them. Then You highlight the other 9 and use the assistant to select "all but one file in each group". You will end up with the whole group being checked.
