DigitalVolcano Software Support

I am new to this software. I ran the scan and it found numerous duplicate files as I new it would. Upon asking it to remove the selected files, I get an error message saying it can not find the file to remove. Yet it is selected on the board below to remove.

What might be going on

the files are on an external drive

The files show as identical on all items except the actual Path and the date modified

If you right-click on the file and select 'Show in Windows explorer' is it still there? Is the USB drive still active?

not sure what happened but once I looked it seemed to have linked and then it worked
