Can not see File Names

Everything worked just fine for quite a while but today I tried to changed the fields in the 'Duplicate Files' page and after that I couldn't see the 'File Name' field.
When I right-Click on the field names row the 'File Name' is marked and there is no way to unmark it.
How can I display the File Names?

What fields do you have displaying?
I can't seem to make File Name go away (expected) regardless of which fields I choose?
Now I do seem to have a "floating" persistent field box, that is also not going away?
(I'm sure it'll go after I close DC ;-).)

Sorry if this is too late - maybe you accidentally resized the column to be zero width - try moving the mouse to the leftmost column header and click-dragging right when you see the resize symbol.
